Average yield: 50 hectoliters per hectare. Average age of vines: 30 years.
The winter was characterized by cool temperatures and abundant rainfall. Spring began with promising conditions, but heavy rains soon gave way to a noticeable cooling trend. From mid-June onwards, the weather stabilized, with the onset of summer conditions, marked by heatwaves in July and August. The months of September and October were relatively dry, providing ideal conditions to begin the harvest calmly. Autumn followed this trend with little precipitation and a gradual drop in temperatures, signaling the arrival of colder weather.
Mechanical harvesting. Separate vinification of grape varieties in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Extended maceration (25 days), post-fermentation maceration, malolactic fermentation in tank. Aging carried out for 10 months in oak.
