Deep ruby robe with violet hues, clear and brilliant. The nose is straightforward, evoking ripe plum and black cherry, followed by licorice, hints of cocoa bean, and a touch of sweet spices (vanilla and cinnamon). On the palate, a relatively full and round attack with a good expression of the fruity aromas from the nose. Fruity and licorice-flavored finish.

Average yield: 49 hectoliters per hectare. Average vine age: 45 years.
Mechanical harvesting between mid-September and mid- October depending on the maturity of the plots. The vinification process takes place in a temperature-controlled vat, ensuring optimal temperature control and gentle extractions. Aging is carried out for 12 months in barrels.
