Pale yellow color with brilliant reflections. An exuberant first nose with notes of candied fruit, pineapple, and fruit paste. The second nose is nuanced with a hint of citrus and a mineral touch. The palate is tender and lively, with aromatic notes that are faithful to the nose, well-balanced. The finish is fruity, long, and persistent with a lingering floral note.

Ustainable farming with respect for the vine and the environment.
Planting density: 5,000 vines per hectare.
Average age of the vines: 40 years.
After a winter and spring typical for the region, heavy rainfall in June created a challenging situation regarding fungal diseases (downy mildew). However, we managed to control it effectively, ensuring a healthy vineyard. The summer then arrived with intense heat and heatwaves, but the vines withstood these extreme conditions well. Patience was key during the harvest, allowing the climatic influences of the Ciron and the Garonne to work their magic, leading to the production of exceptional sweet wines.
The grapes are hand-picked in successive selections from mid-September to late October, depending on parcel maturity, then meticulously sorted on a selection table before being pressed, clarified, and undergoing alcoholic fermentation in both vats and barrels.
