Château l’Enclos 2018
7,00 €
An elegant ruby robe with garnet reflections, clear and brilliant. The nose offers a seductive blend of cooked red and black fruits, such as raspberry, Morello cherry, and blackberry, combined with stone fruit notes like prune. Balsamic and spicy nuances emerge later, with a subtle undertone of licorice stick. On the palate, a generous, round, and fleshy attack allows the fruits to fully express themselves. As it evolves, this cuvée gains volume, with delicate substance complemented by refreshing acidity and quality tannins that underscore the finish. The overall experience is harmonious, with a long, fruity and spicy finish, accompanied by a retro-olfactory sensation reminiscent of crème brûlée.
